Our Story Our Course

Wanoa Golf Course is a relaxed, player-friendly 18-hole, par-70 course in East Syracuse, New York, stretching just over 6,000 yards from the back tees. Designed by Walter Matuszak in the early 1970s, it offers a fun mix of forgiving fairways and challenging shots that golfers of all ages and skill levels can enjoy.

With an on-site driving range, practice areas, and a casual clubhouse restaurant, Wanoa is a great spot to hit balls after work, play a league round, or spend a full day on the course with friends and family. We host our own tournaments throughout the season and welcome outside outings, fundraisers, birthday parties, weddings and showers, corporate gatherings, team-building events, bereavement and celebration-of-life events, and so much more!
